Initial training is spread over two weeks. Theoretical and practical, it is held in one of our pilot units.

It covers the following topics :

• sales
• the IT system
• use of credit cards

It also makes suggestions as to how to ascertain the reactions of company managers on the subject of management activities, ( salary slips, employment contracts etc.).

An evaluation scale validates the acquisition of knowledge and practice..

At the end of the initial training, the franchisee is given an Altissimo certificate which allows him to carry out his activity.
